Refund, Replace and Returns Policy

If you received goods damaged or broken in transit

If you do not receive your order in mint condition or if anything is broken or damaged, please let us know immediately so that we can ensure the situation is rectified. Goods can occasionally be damaged in transit, and there is no question that these will be replaced. We would ask you to take a photo of the damaged item as soon as it is received, as this helps us improve the way products are packaged or sent in future.

If you wish to return something you purchased

You are welcome to return any good purchased within 7 days of receiving the item. Regrettably, we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original unopened packaging. You will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue you a credit note. Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3-7 working days. A refund, return or replacement might be refused as applicable or a reasonable usage fee may be charged by us if the product has been used or damaged.

Body Sphere reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
