Vouchers

• Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase or as indicated on the specific voucher.
• Vouchers can be used at any time for treatments (not products) at Body Sphere Beauty
• Booking in advance is recommended and right of admission is reserved.
• A 24 hour notice period is required for cancellation and rescheduling. Should cancellation / rescheduling not be made in time, the full treatment fee might apply and the voucher will be redeemed in full.
• Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow time for your prep and consult.
• Please consult your therapist if you have any medical conditions.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Vouchers are valid for treatments at the current price. The holder of the voucher will be liable to pay any shortfall on the new price of the treatment on the day

• Once a voucher has been purchased, no refunds will be issued or processed

E-Commerce  Online Product Purchases and Delivery

Body Sphere will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. In these circumstances, you will be advised.

While we have made every effort to show and describe our products as accurately as possible, in rare cases the final product may differ slightly from the images shown. We have tried to describe all products fairly and the weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. Packaging may vary from that shown.

We reserve the right to amend or increase prices at our discretion or in the course of a sale. The prices, although almost always the same, may vary from those shown. All discount promotions or current offers exclude items on sale and delivery fees or cannot be stacked or bundled as applicable. (refer to any promotion terms applicable)

Orders can be couriered to the vast majority of South African addresses, delivered by courier. When you place an order, we will arrange delivery to your delivery address as indicated at checkout. Delivery costs are only covered or indicated for main centres. Additional fees may apply for addresses not in or around main centres or outlying rural areas. Someone must be available to sign for the package at your chosen delivery address. We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within one working day of receiving payment confirmation. Courier delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the order’s destination. If you live in a remote area it could take up to 7 days. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to get an exact estimate or have any query regarding delivery.

Refund, Replace and Returns Policy

If you received goods damaged or broken in transit

If you do not receive your order in mint condition or if anything is broken or damaged, please let us know immediately so that we can ensure the situation is rectified. Goods can occasionally be damaged in transit, and there is no question that these will be replaced. We would ask you to take a photo of the damaged item as soon as it is received, as this helps us improve the way products are packaged or sent in future.

If you wish to return something you purchased

You are welcome to return any good purchased within 7 days of receiving the item. Regrettably, we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original unopened packaging. You will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue you a credit note. Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3-7 working days. A refund, return or replacement might be refused as applicable or a reasonable usage fee may be charged by us if the product has been used or damaged.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions

Body Sphere reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
